I usually order an iced, unsweetened tea at any restaurants. In Louisiana and Alabama, there were ALWAYS an array of sugar and artificital sugars in a white case on the tables. In Georgia, I noticed I have to ASK for the waiter/waitress to bring me artificial sugar packets. I find this odd. Does everyone usually order sweet tea?
I wonder if there aren't any because the iced tea may be already sweet? I was told that sweet tea is common in the south.
ReplyDeleteSweet tea seems common around here. The restaurants usually serve unsweetened tea too. I guess it may not be popular in this state.
